Reflexology [MAR], Thai Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology and Birth Reflexology Specialist, Reiki Master and Certified Infant Massage Instructor [C.I.M.I]. It is my ambition to bring the benefits of Reflexology and Reiki to the wider population. Many conditions can benefit from the using these therapies. Menopause, stress, digestive disorders, migraine, sleep disorders, fertility, maternity and pregnancy are but a few.
For the past 7 years I have been a practicing reflexologist. I am member of the Association of Reflexologists, and am also registered with The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
Clients who want to engage in pre and post natal care and who are pregnant can benefit. It is thought that Reflexology may shorten second stage labour, help lactation and shorten post-partum recovery time.
It also made sense to provide Infant Massage courses to continue the care of Mother and Baby. Every baby is an individual, not all babies respond the same way at the same time.
As a Reiki Master I am committed to accelerating natural healing by bringing health and well being into balance.
